How to report a problem?
While experiencing the issue in Kumospace, click the Help link in the top right corner of your screen. The popup will often display the issue you're experiencing.
In the popup, click the Report a Problem button.
Briefly describe your issue and click Submit.
This will send the following diagnostic information to help our engineering team determine the issue:
- Name and email
- Kumospace URL
- Console log
- Browser information
- Operating system
- IP address
