Upgrade & Manage Your Subscription

Upgrade to the Professional plan and manage your subscription, including view invoice history, edit billing details, change space capacity, or cancel the subscription, directly from your Profile page.

Why Upgrade?

The main reasons our users choose the Professional or Custom plans are:

  • Larger space capacity: Our Free plan is limited to 30 concurrent participants. If you need a larger space capacity, we recommend choosing our Professional or Custom tiers, and increasing your space capacity. 
  • Space security: Our Professional plan offers security options to password protect your space, guest-list access, domain-restricted access, and guest access without registration.
  • Single-Sign-On integration: Our Custom plan offers OIDC and SSO integration options to increase security and convenience for your team when signing in to Kumospace. 
  • Advanced presentation tools: Including sharing custom video sources, e.g. secondary camera (OBS) and local files.
  • Priority support: You’ll be first in line for any customer support issues.

Upgrade to the Professional Plan

If you're using our Free plan and would like to upgrade to the Professional plan:

  1. Visit your Profile page and click the Upgrade Plan button. 
  2. Select your preferred billing period from the dropdown.
  3. Set the concurrent space capacity that you need. 
  4. Click Continue to Checkout to proceed.

Upgrade to the Custom Plan

The Custom plan is essentially an à la carte menu of add ons, tailored to your needs, e.g. concurrent space capacity with over 1000 participants, SSO integration, user-analytics reports, and other bespoke features.

Manage Your Professional Subscription

As the owner of a Kumospace, you can manage your subscription, including view your invoice history, edit billing information, change space capacity, and cancel your subscription, from your Profile page.

If you'd like to manage your Custom Subscription, please get in touch with your Kumospace account manager or contact our customer success team at

Invoice history

To view your invoice history:

  1. Go to your Profile page. On the top right you will see your Kumospace plan.
  2. Click the Manage Subscription button. 
  3. At the bottom of this page you will see a list of your past invoices. 

Edit Billing Information

If you need to edit your billing information:

  1. Go to your Profile page. On the top right you will see your Kumospace plan.
  2. Click the Manage Subscription button. 
  3. Under Billing information, click ✎ Update information and you’ll be able to edit the recipient’s email and postal addresses.
  4. Click Save to finish making edits.

Note that if somebody else is paying for your subscription, you can enter their email address, so that billing emails are sent to them. 

Change Space Capacity

You can increase or decrease your concurrent space capacity from your Profile page: 

  1. Click the Change Capacity button and a pop up will prompt you to enter a new concurrent space capacity. 
  2. If you’re increasing your space capacity, enter your desired space capacity and click Authorize Payment to complete your transaction. 
  3. Refresh your browser and the change will show up on your Profile page. 

Cancel Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your Kumospace subscription:

  1. Go to your Profile page. On the top right you will see your Kumospace plan.
  2. Select the Manage Subscription button. 
  3. Click the Cancel plan button on the right of your screen, then repeat to confirm you want to cancel your subscription.

No matter when you cancel your plan, your subscription will be valid until the end of your billing period.

Note that only our Professional plan subscribers are able to manually manage their subscription as described above.
