Announcing Kumospace's Latest Upgrade: Paid Plans

Advanced presentation tools, powerful security options, and increased floor capacity are now available.

We're excited to announce that starting in October, Kumospace is offering the opportunity to upgrade to a paid plan.

Our paid plans offer access to increased floor capacity, powerful security options, advanced presentation tools, and priority support. Visit our Pricing page to learn more about our available upgrades and special discounts for educators.

Kumospace users who choose to stick with the Free plan will still have access to all of our core features with some new changes. Here's what will stay the same:

  • A free Kumospace for up to 30 concurrent users

  • Unlimited customizations and interactive apps

  • Ability to add Co-hosts

  • Close your space when not in use

  • Broadcast and Present* (see below)

What changes to expect

  • Space capacity: Spaces will be limited to 30 concurrent users unless you opt for a paid plan.

  • Broadcast and Presenting across multiple floors will only be available to paid tiers, however users will still be able to use the function for free on a single floor.

  • Security features: Advanced privacy settings like password protection, guest list, domain-restricted access, and access for unregistered guests will be available only for paid users.

What this means for existing Free users

Privacy settings for existing spaces will stay the same, whether they fall under our new paid plans or not. For example, if you’ve already chosen to password protect your Kumospace, you’ll be able to keep your password.

Our mission is to provide hosts of online events the best possible platform for delighting and engaging their guests, whether you're a professional event organizer throwing a 10,000 person corporate conference or getting family all around the world for grandma’s birthday.

Looking to host an event for 30+ people? Snag a meeting with our Sales team. Looking for some tips or inspiration? Drop us a line: hello@kumospace.com.

As always, thanks for your support. We wouldn’t be here today without everyone using and sharing Kumospace.

Onward and upward,

Team Kumospace
